onions!
mom's making enchiladas for an army today for howie's birthday (he turns 18 on the 23rd, but we're celebrating a little bit today), and i was roped into chopping onions. no big deal, i figured. all i had to do was chop the hell out of some onion with mom's magic chopper thing. i was sort of wrong. usualy, see, onions don't bother my eyes. i've eaten onions raw before! thought they were yummy! unfortunately for me, these onions made my eyes burn. ouch. super-mega ouch. no more onion chopping for me, my friend. i'm sticking to less caustic things- cantaloupe, perhaps.
